Mam następujący problem. Na monitorze pojawił się dobrze znany wiekszości użytkownikom niebieski ekran ze zrzutem pamięci wirtualnej. Błąd zdebugowałem i co następuje.
Wczorajszy błąd - win32k.sys (win32k+7e321)
Dzisiaj - win32k.sys (win32k+7f4cb)
Co zrobić z tym plikiem (jego chyba nie można usunąć)?

Przyczyną może być wadliwa pamięć fizyczna, złe sterowniki lub niekompatybilne oprogramowanie. Podaj pełny kod błędu i napisz co instalowałeś ostatnio lub jaki podzespół instalowałeś.
Przy okazji posprzątaj w srodku komputera z kurzu.

jedyne co ostatnio instalowałem to drugi dysk twardy, ale to było z 1,5 miesiąca temu

Przyczyn moze byc wiele,i dlateo mam kilka pytan
a)wrzuc kontrolne logi,mozliwe ze masz syf.
b)to jest niestety czesty bład sterownikow od grafiki dlatego tez zmien je np na omege(pewnie masz radeona)
c)podkrecales procesor??

Juz ci podałem rozwiązanie. Masz niekompatybilny sterownik z systemem Windows XP. Najnowsze sterowniki niekonieczne będą wspołgrały np. ze starszym sprzętem.

A instalowałeś jakieś sterowniki ? Jak tak to odinstaluj je dokładnie i wgraj oryginalne, które masz na płycie CD. Przyczyną jest ten plik win32k.sys .

Błąd 8E może wskazywać na wirus, więc daj jeszcze combofiix.
