Bardzo maly transfer uploadu

Otóż mam problem taki że… mam internet chello easy 512kb/s i wszystko bylo dobrze ale od jakiegoś czasu mój transfer uploadu straszliwie spadl normalnie powinno byc 30 kb/s a jest max 7kb/s wklejam logi i prosze o pomoc.

nie jedyny limit jaki mam neta to limit sciagania i pobierania a ani jedno ani drugie nie zostalo przekroczone… a co do tego przeczyszczenia?? co gdzie jak mam zrobic??
