Błąd w055691c.dll - pozostałość po trojanie?

znowu musze ratować komputer kuzyna, który jest w opłakanym stanie (komp, nie kuzyn ^^) :shock: ledwo udało mi się zrobić logi, gęsto przerywane komunikatami od Avasta o wirusach i trojanach, kórych jednak łamaga nie umie usunąć… bardzo proszę o szybką pomoc :oops:

…z tym że wieczorem mnie już u kuzynka nie było i czyszczenie przeprowadzał sam. mówi że zrobił wszystko, ale tu mi kaktus rośnie - jakieś dziwne wpisy zostały a przy uruchamianiu Windowsa pokazuje się error “Wystąpił błąd podczas ładowania w055691c.dll Nie można uruchomić określonego modułu”… sierota. :x :stuck_out_tongue: coś tam jednak pokombinował trochę, bo alerty o trojanach już nie wyskakują co chwilę. w każdym razie daję nowe logi i błagam o dalsze wskazówki :):

nawet jeśli nim zostanie, co dalej? to 10-letnia leniwa łamaga, która na kompie umie tylko instalować i uruchamiać gry :stuck_out_tongue: aha, no i jeszcze umie sprowadzać jakimś cudem tony wirusów, a potem płacz… typowe :mrgreen: i nawet jeśli dostanie dokładne instrukcje jak usunąć jakieś śmieci, i tak nie daje sobie rady…

co do zmiany tematu - ee, konkretny? a z tym co jest nie tak? ^^ był problem z wirusami i trojanami i tak nazwałam topic :slight_smile: za dużo tego było żeby wymieniać, co chwilę wyskakiwał alert z inną nazwą… ale ok, po “niezbyt dokładnym” (a nie mówiłam? ^^) zastosowaniu sie przez słodkiego kuzynka do rad Myszaka sytuacja się trochę zmieniła, więc i temat moge zmienić - mam nadzieję, że się bardziej spodoba :wink:
