Chyba wirusy - samoistny upload w sieć

Przeskanowalem avastem i wykryl pare rzeczy. Co sie dalo to usunalem. Wyskoczyl komunikat, ze cos jest w pamieci operacyjnej, ale nie da sie tego usunac, wrzucam log hijack this i silent runners
