Laptop zwolnil i chwilami sie przycina

Prsze o sprawdzenie logow, poniewaz od kilku dni laptop zwolnil ale nie to mnie martwi, chwilami sie zatnie i trzeba czekac az przestanie mrugac dioda od dysku twardego (nie znam sie za badzo na komputerach i przepraszam ze nie potrafie tego dokladnie opisac)
