Pobierz i odpal LSP-Fix zaznacz " I know what I’m doing " następnie w okienku Keep zaznacz bibliotekę newdotnet*_** i za pomocą strzałki (>>) przenieś ją do okienka Remover i kliknij Finish i restart.
W trybie awaryjnym z wyłączonym przywracaniem systemu usuń:
Foldery ręcznie, a wpisy w hjt.
Po wykonaniu proszę pokazać nowy log z HijackThis plus z SilentRunners .

Jest mały problem, nie działa mu sieć bezprzewodowa (nie odświeża adresu IP sieci bezprzewodowej) oraz pasek start (jak najeżdża jest klepsydra). Co się mogło stać .

Jak widać na komputerze jest zainstalowanych wiele szkodliwych aplikacji dlatego najpierw trzeba je usunąć ponieważ być może one powodują te problemy. Tak więc wykonaj to co napisałem i wklej nowe logi, o które prosiłem.

Ale on nie ma internetu, nie ma mi jak przesłać logów, gadamy przez telefon. Ma płytkę instalacyjną, mógłby wpisać w uruchom “sfc /scannow”, ale nie chodzi mu pasek start . Musiałby wpierw uzyskać dostęp do neta, to się stało, gdy usunął te wpisy w hijacku po usunęciu ręcznie folderów. Backup się nie stworzył. Masz jakiś pomysł?
