Witam,
Od pewnego czsu mój system znacznie zwolnił i mam problem z antywirusem nie chce pobierać nowych sygniatur.

Logi są ok.
Może Twój program AV nie chce pobierać aktualizacji ponieważ drugi blokuje taką możliwość - masz Kaspersky Internet Security oraz steganos security suite 2006. ??
Co do wolnego systemu - poczytaj Optymalizacja i odchudzanie Windowsa XP .

Nie. Kaspersky to jest antywirus, a Steganos to jest menadzer haseł i szfrowanie plików oraz kasowanie różnych zbędnych danych.
