Nie można usunąć trojana

Witam na forum!

Piszę pierwszy raz tutaj i proszę o pomoc. Złapałem wirusa: trojana, z którym mój Kaspersky miał sporo problemów tzn. wykrywał go ale nie za bardzo mógł go usuwać, dawałem mu usuń a on mielił skanerem przez jakieś 5 minut zanim pojawił się komunikat, ze go usunął.

Ten wirus to Win32: Rbot-EGC [trj]

I tak usuwał ten sam plik chyba w 4 miejscach na dysku twardym, po czym przy kolejnej mojej próbie usunięcia go Kaspersky zmienił logo z czerwonego na czarny i przestał dzialac. Nic nie dalo ponowne wlaczenie Kaspra.

Odintalowalem Kaspra i zamontowalem avasta. Znalazł on tylko w jednym miejscu na dysku tego trojana. Podaję lokalizację:

C:\Documents and Settings\x\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\923PKNJ8\Cyberlink.PowerDVD.Ultra Deluxe…rar\CL PDVD…\Setup.exe\crack.exe

Znalazł go i znów nie można z nim było nic zrobić-ani usunąć ani przenieśc do kwarantanny itd.

Przeszukałem dysk twardy (mam 80 GB bez partycji) nawet z opcją pokaż ukryte pliki i foldery i co? … I nic nie znalazłem

Nie było na C śladu nawet po jakimkolwiek wirusie, mimo że skaner go wykrywa , Kaspersky i avast.

Poradźcie co mam zrobić, zeby pozbyć się tego paskudnego wirusa, a przede wszystkim co zrobić, zeby to coś nie wywalało mi Kaspra, który mam od dawna zainstalowany i jest to super programik, do tej pory spisywał się bez zarzutu.

Uniwersalny sposób na usunięcie badziewia to:

restart kompa - uruchamiasz w trybie awaryjnym system (F8 standard) i po uruchomieniu systemu uruchom program antywirusowy. Wtedy wykryje 100% wirusowego badziewia i bez żadnego problemu je usunie. - Zawsze działa.
