Mam problem. Tuż po kliknięciu na dysk D od razu wyskakuje informacja, że “wystąpił błąd z aplikacją explorer.exe i zostanie ona zamknięta”. W tym momencie zawartość dysku D staje się niewidoczna i nic nie można zrobić.
Proszę o pomoc.

Programem AVG Anti Spyware usunęłam już 101 zarażonych plików, zainstalowałam NOD32, zamiast Avasta, którego miałam wcześniej i nic.

w logu nic podejrzanego nie widać - to raczej problem z dyskiem
lub z explorerem - uruchom- chkdsk D:, jeśli nie pomoże to z parametrem

Podmień explorera z płytki XP.
Odpalasz Konsolę odzyskiwania i wpisujesz komende:
expand X:\i386\explorer.ex_ C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
(zamiast X podstaw literę CD-ROMu)

Czy ja jako laik będę potrafić to sama zrobić?? Bo jeśli nie to poczekać muszę na kogoś ze znajomych kto wie o co chodzi. Bo ja niestety nawet nie wiem jak się uruchamia chkdsk :?

Przepraszam, ale to chyba nie dla mnie… :? Ja nawet nie wiem co to jest konsola odzyskiwania? Mam nadzieję, że szybko przyjdzie ktoś ze znajomych, kto za mnie to zrobi…
