Po skanie programem avg antispyware usunąłem wiekszość robali lecz kilka powraca.
Proszę o sprawdzenie loga.

Log masz ok.
Co masz na myśli pisząc “powraca” ?? Nie dały się usunąć czy po raz kolejny je łapiesz?
Pozamykaj porty robakom - zmniejszysz tym prawdopodobieństwo złapania syfu. W tym celu użyj Windows Worms Doors Cleanera zmień znaczki z disable na enable (wszystkie znaczki maja być na zielono, jeżeli któryś z nich będzie na żółto to go zostaw). Po użyciu narzędzia wymagany jest restart.
Ewentualnie wklej jeszcze log z SilentRunners .
