Posiadam problem podobny do problemów opisywanych już na tym forum. Kliknęłem na link od znajomego i od tej pory zaczęły sie moje kłopoty. Oprócz tego norton cały czas informuje że maile(których ja wcale nie wysyłam) nie mogą być wysłane. Adresy maili są zawsze podobne i np zawierają w adresie słowo metal. Załączam link ze screenem z komunikatami nortona link , oraz log z hjt

Skasuj ręcznie plik z dysku (w trybie awaryjnym), a wpis w hjt.

ok zrobiłem wszystko tak jak radziłeś i zdaje sie ze wszystko jest już ok. Na wszelki wypadek wysyłam ostatni log i proszę o sprawdzenie

Zostało rpcc.dll. Cóż, pokaże tutaj:
Zrób tak:
Wyłączasz przywracanie systemu
Ściągasz program KillBox , zaznaczasz Delete on reboot , w polu full path of file wklej ścieżkę:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\rpcc.dll
Klikasz X czerwony i restart kompa
Otwierasz notatnik i wklejasz w nim to:
Plik >>> Zapisz jako >>> Zmieniasz rozszerzenie z TXT na Wszystkie pliki >>> Zapisz pod nazwą FIX.REG i uruchamiasz go w trybie awaryjnym.
A potem już w trybie normalnym robisz nowy log z hjt oraz koniecznie z SilentRunners .

Zrobiłem dokładnie tak jak pisałeś, próbowałem metody z GMER. Jednak po restartcie rpcc dalej zawsze jest. Mam wyłączone przywracanie systemu.

Sposób z killboxem powinien zadziałać i pewnie zadziałał i Gmera nie musiałeś używać - to bardziej nieco zaawansowany sposób.
Logi są ok.
Proponuję zainstalować Service Pack 2. Poprawia on bezpieczeństwo w systemie etc.
