Na początku chciałam zaznaczyć, że jestem kompletnym żółtodziobem, jeśli chodzi o funkcjonowanie komputera, więc bardzo prosiłabym o wyrozumiałość…
Przez klika miesięcy korzystałam z Avasta. Komputer mam nowy, kupiony w marcu 2015, Acer 10 Switch, Windows 8 (nie wiem, czy to mam jakiekolwiek znaczenie). W pewnym momencie Avast zaczął krzyczeć, że okres próbny (?) się skończył, więc postanowiłam go przeinstalować, jak robiłam już na poprzednim komputerze. Przed odinstalowaniem Avasta skany nie wykazywały żadnych wirusów, jedynie przy skanie przy uruchamianiu wskazywał na jakieś uszkodzone (?) pliki. Kiedy jednak pobrałam nową wersję Avasta (natychmiast po usunięciu pierwszej), nie mogłam jej zainstalować, ponieważ program mówił, że brakuje miejsca do instalacji. Z tym miejscem to w tym komputerze jest ciągle problem. Komputer składa się z dwóch części (tablet i klawiatura). Jeśli dobrze rozumiem, to do dysk lokalny C (18,5 GB, 1,33 GB wolne) jest jakość sprzężony z tym tabletem, a dysk E (465 GB, 460 GB wolne) jest w klawiaturze. Programy muszę jednak instalować na C, bo inaczej nie działają (próbowałam już tak kiedyś zainstalować Avasta). Z tym podziałem są bez przerwy probemy. Wszystkie własne dokumenty przerzucam cały czas na E (pulpit jest na C, jak rozumiem). Naprawdę nie wiem już, co mogłabym wyrzucić lub odinstalować. Dodatkowo jest bardzo dużo programów (?), które nazwane są ACER, więc boję się ich wyrzucać.
Po kilku próbach instalacji zrezygnowałam i odłożyłam to ok. 2 tygodnie, bo byłam w podróży. Dziś próbowałam ponownie zainstalować Avasta, początkowo ze ściągniętych już programów. Za każdym razem wyskakiwał komunikat “Podczas procesu instalacji wystąpił błąd”. Można było też wyświetlić poniższe dane:

To samo pojawiło się, gdy próbowałam zainstalować program z nowo ściągniętej z tej strony wersji.
Wreszcie udało mi sie jednak to przejść i przy instalacji pojawił się ten sam komunikat, co dwa tygodnie temu: “Niewystarczająca ilość miejsca na dysku C:/Program Files (dostępne tylko 1719 MB)”. Poniżej dodaję plik z prinscreenem z panelu sterowania, bo już naprawdę nie wiem, co mogłabym usunąć. Sam Program Files waży 4,64 GB.
Pozostałe foldery na dysku:
Użytkownicy 2,65 GB, w skład którego wchodzi folder skompresowany Documenty->Documents->Benutyerdefinierte Office-Vorlagen, który waży 2,65 GB (gdzie jest matematyka?), a jest pusty. (Jest po niemiecku chyba dlatego, że jestem w Niemczech i Office’a też mam w niemieckiej wersji)

Dodatkowo kilkanaście minut temu Windows Defender zaczął mi krzyczeć, że system nie jest zabezpieczony lub coś podobnego, bo nie ma aktualizacji. Zrobiłam aktualizację i włączyłam pełne skanowanie systemu.
Dodatkowo teraz jeszcze zaczęłam mieć problemy z myszką (touch padem).
Bardzo proszę o pomoc, bo do szału doprowadza mnie już ten komputer, a jestem za granicą i nie mam kogo na żywo poprosić o pomoc.
