Problem z Neostrada

Witam,

chciałbym prosić Was o pomoc odnośnie Neostrady…

Od jakiegoś już czasu Neo odmawia dłuższej współpracy. Po odpaleniu narzędzi dostępowych (obecnie tych dołączonych do modemu, wcześniej Autoconnect i bezpośrednie uruchomianie połączenia) Neostrada działa przez jakieś 20-40 minut (czasem tylko 5 min) a następnie po prostu sie wysypuje. Nie wyskakuje żaden komunikat, że użytkownik został odłączony od usługi ani że zerwano połączenie, przestaje działać i już. Strony przestają sie wczytywać a w dc++ transfer zaczyna w szybkim tempie spadać do 0 b/s. Problem ustępuje po restarcie systemu ale jak trzeba restartować kompa co pół godziny to można do głowy dostać

Po wyłączeniu narzędzi dostępowych, Neostrada elegancko sie rozłącza. Po ponownym włączeniu (bez restartu kompa) wyskakuje na trayu komunikat z szybkością połączenia, ale internet nie działa…

Jeżeli macie jakiekolwiek sugestie albo rozwiązania to bardzo proszę o pomoc
