Mam neo 512 i na dsl.cz pokazuje mi ze mam przepustowość ok.512 gdy zaczne coś ściągać to mam transfer na początku 20 KB/s po chwili spada na 2 KB/s a normalnie mam ok. 64 kB/s W logach chyba nic nie ma ale sprawdzcie.Skanowalem juz kompa AVG ale nic nie wykryl.

Proponuję przeczyścić rejestr ponieważ masz kilka pustych kluczy, opis.
Proponuję poczekać kilka dni, a jeśli nic się nie zmieni to skontaktuj się z prowiderem.

A spróbuj sobie wgrać FireWall. Np. PeerGuardiana. Miałem taki sam problem z tym że mam neo 128 a teraz 256.
