Problemy z HDD - proszę o pomoc!

Problem jest dosyć poważny - znikło mi trochę danych z dysku na szczęście mało wartościowych (mam 2 fizycznie dyski HDD Seagate - 1 wyczyściło mi całkiem). Pozostałe udało mi się przenieść na inny bezpieczny dysk. Po tym robiłem format c: - był problem ze sformatowaniem dysków i postawieniem Windowsa od nowa (scandisk wynalazł jakieś błędy na dyskach. Formatowanie trwało dużo dłużej niż zwykle i obok postępu formatowania % zaawansowania - wyswietlały się jakieś liczby , wyświetlało komunikat o złych sektorach, alokacji plików, systemie plików). Więc wykasowałem partycje i założyłem od nowa. Zainstalowałem Windowsa i znowu się sypie. Dyski sprawdzam Norton System Worksem 2005 i nic to nie daje (wszystkimi składnikami). Sprawdziłem dyski narzędziami producenta ze strony http://www.seagate.com - wykonałem wszystkie testy on-line. Oto wynik:

Może znacie jakieś dobre programy FREE którymi mógłbym przelecieć dyski w celu naprawy ?? Boje się że strace te 2 dyski: 30,6 Gb jest starszy (3600 obr) a ten 80.02 Gb jest młodszy (7200 obr) !!

PS. U mnie w sieci lokalnej masowo padają ostatnio dyski ludziom. W okolicach Lublina była ostatnio BIG AWARJA (w Świdniku), wysadziło w powietrze jakiś transformator i w całym wojewodztwie w ciągu sekundy zrestartowało się wszystko (łącznie ze sprzętem AGD). Miałem wtedy włączony komputer (mam listwę zabezpieczającą), nie wywaliło korków ani nie popaliło bezpieczników, a po tym restarcie komputer wył jak karetka pogotowia !!

Ja z doświadczenia powiem tylko że jak FDISK i instalator XP nie radzi sobie z naprawą dysku to dysk serwis lub nowy.

Niby inne programy nieraz naprawią dysk,ale za jakiś czas jest to samo.

Jeśli chodzi o zasilacz to zamierzam już od dawna kupić, ale wiesz jak to jest - są inne priorytety !!

Ten co jest standardowy mam od początku jak kupiłem tę obudowe, ale wiekszych problemów mi nigdy nie sprawiał (??) choc wiem, że jest za słaby i problemy są zapewne niewidoczne :frowning:

Właśnie dyski najbardziej dostają popalić przy złym ich zasilaniu.

Sczególnie te nowe i wysokoobrotowe.

Tego nie widać od razu,ale za jakiś czas,błędy na dysku,zaniki danych,restarty,bad sectory i inne niespodzianki.

Dodatkowo dobry markowy zasilacz ma zabezpieczenia przed takimi niespodziankami jak mieliście i nie odbija się to negatywnie na reszcie urządzeń kompa.
