Przy stracie systemu bardzo długo ładuje się pasek zadań.
Zauważyłem też ogólne obniżenie szybkości. Co może być tego powodem?

Wszystko zrobiłem jak zalecaliście. Dało to jakiś efekt choć pasek zadań nadal ładuje się wolno ( choć trochę szybciej niż przedtem ). Czy jest to wina uruchamianych programów zaraz po starcie systemu?

Możesz poprzez start > uruchom > services.msc > zatrzymaj i wyłącz AVG…
ale nie będzie mógł go potem włączyć (jak będziesz chciał skanować trzeba włączyć).
