Spowolniony komputer,długie otwieranie sie aplikacji

Witam Ponownie.Mam problem.Zrobiłem foramt gdzies ok 2 tygodnie temu,a znowu komputer mi szfankuje :/>Chodzi bardzo wolno,długo otwieraja sie aplikacje Opera bardzo wolno sie otwiera.Nie wiem,co moze byc przyczyna.Moze Antywirus mocno go spowalni dodam ze mam Kaspersky Internet Security.
