We have been talking to Evenbalance about this issue and to let you know the same update and process is being used on ALL PB enabled games but we are seeing most of the problems due to hacks for
Evenbalance has verified that many of the latest WR hacks are corrupting the PB folder to the point that the PB client will not auto-update - this would explain where players are complaining of update failures since our PB client update a couple of days ago.
In these cases, these players need to either 1) uninstall/reinstall War Rock, or 2) delete everything in the pb folder and run our PBSETUP tool to re-install PB from scratch
The PBSETUP tool can be downloaded from http://www.evenbalance.com, selecting Warrock and then the Software Updates link.
You can also use this command in the chat field while in game to check when the game has finished updating the PB client
