Wejdź w Panel sterowania --> System --> zakładka Zaawansowane ustawienia systemu --> Uruchamianie i odzyskiwanie klikasz w ustawienia --> i odhaczasz Automatycznie uruchom ponownie. Potem wyłącz komputer i spisz dokładnie nr błędu jaki wyświetli ci się na niebieskim ekranie.
