Windows 7 BSOD w czasie pracy

Witam.

Mam pewien problem. Od jakiegoś czasu pojawia mi się w moim systemie win7 ( 64 bit ) denerwujący BSOD ( zaraz pokażę minidumpa ).

Dzieje się to raczej zawsze podczas ładowania jakiegoś filmu bądź też renderowania filmu itp.

Jakiego masz antywirusa?

Doinstaluj poprawne symbole dla windows7 bo z tego loga krzyczy tylko o niepoprawnych symbolach.

Mam avasta.

Jakie symbole i jak je doinstalować?

To jedyny plik dmp jaki masz? Pokaż inne. Problemy wskazują na ntoskrnl.exe, to plik jądra Windows, zwykle oznacza problemy ze sprzętem. W tym temacie znajdziesz porady odnośnie testowania sprzętu: komputer-sie-wylacza-t498828.html#p3137602 Sprawdź czy problem występuje w trybie awaryjnym.

Analiza bluescreenów: blue-screen-windows-bit-t491491.html#p3095248 (nie ma znaczenia czy problem dotyczy Windows w wersji 32 czy 64-bitowej) oraz komputer-sie-wylacza-t498828.html#p3137602 W drugim temacie są informacje na temat testowania sprzętu. Poszukaj prawidłowości typu: data instalacji aktualizacji albo programu = początek problemów windows-zawiesza-sie-ekranie-zapraszamy-t483583.html#p3047732 Można skorzystać z Przywracania systemu lub kopii zapasowej.
