log zrobiłam z konta innego użytkownika systemu, ponieważ moje jest zainfekowane, nie można go uruchomić w trybie awaryjnym, komputer automatycznie się wyłącza.

W razie potrzeby wyraź zgodę na restart.

Później spróbuj zalogować się na zainfekowane konto i utwórz log z OTL.
