Start > uruchom > msconfig > zakładka uruchamianie > możesz odznaczyć w\w.

Start > wszystkie programy > autostart > skasuj z prawokliku.

Start > panel sterowania > Java > update > odptasz opcję Check for updates automatically.

Czyszczenie rejestru - jv16 PowerTools 1.3.0.195 + opis.

Optymalizacja i odchudzanie Windows XP

Daj jeszcze log z SilentRunners (czekasz na komunikat All Done i wklejasz).
