Witam!
Od dłuższego czasu czytam forum, ale dziś niestety jestem po tej gorszej stronie 
Mam internet Neo+ 256 kb/s, a w praktyce chodzi wolniej niż modem.
Ściąganie w porywach sięga 5kB/s, a średnio 2-3 kB/s.
