Wyłączające się przeglądarki

Niepokoi mnie stan mojego komputera. Wyłączają mi się przeglądarki, gry. Zrobiłem skanowanie Spyware doctorem. Wykrył on kilka infekcji i zagrożen, które usunąłem. Niestety problem się utrzymuje.

Brak loga Extras.txt, co jest spowodowane nieprzestawieniem w OTL opcji Extra Registry na Use Safelist. Wklej ten log przy następnym skanie.

W białe dolne okno Custom Scans/Fixes w OTL wklej:

Run Fix. Restart, jeśli będzie potrzebny.

Potem log z usuwania (raport, który wyskoczy po usuwaniu OTL-em) oraz nowe logi robione opcją Run Scan.

Posiadam ten drugi log. Niewiem czemu go nie wstawiłem.

miałem spore problemy z wstawieniem tych logów. Nie wiem co się dzieje. Wszystko się tu sypie.

Mam nadzieję, że ten komputer z twojego drugiego tematu to inna historia…

W logach nie ma nic szkodliwego.

W OTL kliknij CleanUp.

Wyłącz i włącz Przywracanie Systemu na wszystkich dyskach. Instrukcja XP/Vista/Windows 7.

Wykonaj pełny skan Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware - znalezione obiekty usuń.

Gdy będą wirusy pokaż raport po usuwaniu.

Wyczyść rejestr i dysk CCleaner oraz wyłącz nim zbędniki z autostartu (Narzędzia -> Autostart).

Obowiązkowe aktualizacje:

XP Service Pack 3

Java 6 Update 20 + Adobe Reader 9.3.2

Usuń starą i niewspieraną wersję AVG Free 8.5.

Jak to się sypie? Możesz konkretniej opisać co się dzieje?

No komputer cały czas się resetuje, przeglądarki się notorycznie wyłączają ogólnie nie możliwe jest normalne korzystanie z komputera

Jak sprawa wygląda w w trybie awaryjnym?

Instrukcja uruchomienia XP/Vista/Windows 7.

W trybie awaryjnym wszystko ok.

Oddałem komputer do sprawdzenia sprzętu ale wygląda na to że wszystko gra. Zasilacz podaje odpowiednie napięcia.

Sformatowałem komputer i przeinstalowałem system. Nic to nie dało. Proszę pomóżcie. Już nie wiem co mam robić… ;/

W sumie ja też nie wiem co robić. Ostatnie wpisy w Podglądzie zdarzeń punktują na dzień 27 kwietnia i nie mówią one nic konkretnego, same błędy wewnętrzne. Wszystko zaczęło się od usługi JavaQuickStarter.

Spróbuj ją wyłączyć: Panel Sterowania -> Java -> Advanced -> odznacz pole przy Java Quick Starter.

Odinstaluj zbędny Bonjour w kolejności:

Wyłącz go za pomocą TurnOffBonjour.

Pobierz LSP-Fix i uruchom.

Przenieś w nim plik mdnsNSP.dll z okna Keep do Remove. Restart. po tym usuwasz ręcznie katalog C:\Program Files\Bonjour

Teraz już logi są nieaktualne. Mam świeża winde.
