Zamulony system i długie zamykanie

Od jakiegoś czasu mój WindowsXP wydaje mi się działać wolniej. Nie wzrasta przy tym jakoś specjalnie zużycie procesora, to też nie mogę znaleźć jaki program go tak spowalnia. Kolejna sprawa, która wykwitła to zamykanie systemu. Pojawia się tekst “trwa zapisywanie ustawień” a potem “Trwa zamykanie systemu…” i na zamykaniu stoi od 3 do 5 minut zanim zamknie. W załączeniu logi. Proszę o pomoc.

Niestety… Problem nadal jest. Wywaliłem wpis i wykonałem skrypt optymalizacji z tej stronki co podałeś. Właściwie, to bardziej interesuje mnie co ten mój komputer robi, kiedy się wyłącza. Jak stoi na ekranie z napisem “Zamykanie systemu…” to coś tam sobie robi na dysku twardym, bo cały czas lampka się świeci. Jakieś sugestie jak to sprawdzić?

Masz sporo aktywnych usług i programów.

Nie jest to wina syfu, komp jest dość mocno obciążony i trochę czasu zajmuje mu zamknięcie wszystkiego

Trochę… no nie takie trochę, bo jak wspomniałem nawet do 5 minut. Przedtem też miałem tyle i jakoś się szybciej zamykał. Ostatnie zmiany, z którymi wiążę taki stan to mogą być: instalacja openoffice.ux, instalacja starszej wersji winama (ale przedtem miałem tą wersję i było dobrze), jakaś automatyczna aktualizacja poprawek z Microsoftu, instalacja IE7beta… Czy coś z tego może tak zamulać? I jest jeszcze kwestia jak sprawdzić co robi przy zamykaniu…

Wygląda na to, że znalazłem przyczynę problemu (pośrednio). Zapuściłem sobie test szybkości zapisu płytki w nero i zwrócił mi, że max to 1.7x, a normalnie płytka ma 16x i to powinno być ograniczenie. W każdym razie każda operacja odczytu i zapisu na dysk twardy zabiera 100% procesora i trwa wieki. Mam dwa dyski twarde (fizycznie) i na obu jest to samo. Dlatego nie podejrzewam uszkodzenia dysku, tylko być może problem z płytą główną i kontrolerami. Druga opcja to taka, że system coś źle działa przy obsłudze dysków. Nie mam pomysłu jak to sprawdzić. Chciałbym mieć pewność zanim pobiegnę do sklepu po nową płytę główną. Będę wdzięczny za wszelkie sugestie na temat diagnostyki tego problemu.
