Bardzo wolne działanie komputera

Witam serdecznie!

Od jakiegoś czasu mój komputer zaczął bardzo wolno chodzić, chodził co raz wolniej, aż system przestał w ogóle działać. Próbuję zainstalować na komputerze Ubuntu, ale załadowanie każdego kroku instalacji trwa prawie 30 minut! Co może być przyczyną tak wolnego działania?

Może się przegrzewać i działa na niższych częstotliwościach.

Spróbuj z innym Linuxem a potem podaj wynik poleceń.
