Mój komp bardzo powoli sie odpala wczesniej nie trwało to tak długo może to być wina programów które mam zainstalowane ale może i nie.
Kolejny problem to to, że jeśli już włączy mi sie wygaszacz ekranu to żeby komp powrócił do stanu używalności musze czekac bardzo długo non-stop ruszając myszką lub takie tam. Jeśli już wszystko sie pojawi to zazwyczaj chodzi bardzo powoli lub poprostu sie zawiesza.
Prosze o sprawdzenie logów.

Oba logi czyste.
Proponuję zainstalować dodatek Service Pack 2. Poprawia on bezpieczeństwo w systemie etc. Możesz go pobrać stąd:

Masz zainstalowane dwa programy antyspyware - AVG i Spyware Terminator. Proponuję jedno z nich usunąć.
Start => uruchom => msconfig => zakładka Uruchamianie => możesz odznaczyć w/w.
Dodatkowo przejrzyj temat Optymalizacja i odchudzanie Windowsa XP .
