W logach żadnych szkodników nie widać.
Czy od dawna występuje taki problem?
Czy przypadkiem nie został przekroczony limit pobierania danych lub licznik z poprzedniego miesiąca nie został jeszcze wyzerowany?

Najlepiej skontaktuj się w tej sprawie z prowiderem. Może on zna przyczynę Twojego problemu i jej rozwiązanie.
Widzę, że masz AVG Anti-Spyware. Możesz nim przeskanować i wrzucić raport.
BTW. Proponuję zainstalować dodatek Service Pack 2. Poprawia on bezpieczeństwo w systemie etc. Więcej informacji na jego temat możesz znaleźć tutaj:

może np. firewall muli kompa . Ja swego czasu miałem Gdata internet security i on posiada Antivirus, firewall , webfilter itp. Musialem wyłaczyc webfilter bo tak muliło stronki ze google.pl wchodziło 20 sekund.
