Błąd w czasie instalacji SQL Express Edition

Witam

Podczas SQL Server Express Edition cały czas pokazuje mi się ten błąd 0b2boracgy1s_t.jpg

Instalkę pobierałem zarówno z microsoft jak z dobrych programów za każdym razem z tym samym skutkiem.

Z góry dzięki za pomoc.

Sprawdź co jest napisane w logu instalacji - to może dużo pomóc w namierzeniu błędu.

Oto końcówka logu ( chyba najważniejsza) wrzuciłbym cały ale za dużo znaków :
