Brak możliwości instalacji programów, msconfig nie żywy itp

Witam, system super wykolejony, w msconfig nie można zastosować zmian bo wszystko wraca co stanu w jakim go zastajemy przy włączeniu. Podczas instalacji jakiejkolwiek aplikacji pojawia się informacja “wystąpił błąd podczas próby zmiany nazwy pliku w folderze docelowym” ogólnie cuda i kosmosy. Może uda się jakoś z tego wygrzebać nim rozpocznę reinstalację. Wklejam tylko OTL bo Extras mi się nie wygenerował. Spróbuję jeszcze raz w awaryjnym a na ten czas będę wdzięczny jak ktoś zerknie na otl.txt i poratuje.

Wcześniej nie mogłem ani uruchomić ani zainstalować żadnego programu, teraz udało mi się odpalić mbam, ale przy nie których aplikacjach np. skype rzuca błędem “system windows nie może uzyskać dostępu do określonego urządzenia ścieżki lub pliku”. Msconfig zachowuje się jak wcześniej po kliknięciu zastosuj, wszystko co odznaczam/zaznaczam wraca do pierwotnego stanu.

Przecież napisałem żebyś pokazał nowy log.
