Chyba coś mi wlazło do kompa. Proszę o sprawdzenie loga

Nie wiem czy coś mam, ale za każdym razem jak trochę posiedzę przy komputerze a potem uruchamiam combofixa to pokazuje ze usuwa pliki. Wchodzę na bezpieczne strony. tak mi sie zdaje. Czy coś mi siedzi i zakaża pliki?
