Zaktualizuj wszystkie sterowniki(zwłaszcza te od grafy, ostatnio nvidia miała trochę baboli z nimi), directx, przeczyść komputer OTL’em lub na szybkiego combofixem. Przeleć go pełnym skanem ccleanerem lub odkurzaczem. Wyczyść autostart ze zbędnych wpisów których nie używasz. Zaktualizuj system przez Windows Update, chyba że na piracie lecisz to odpuść.
Było robione wszystko aktualizacja itp w biosie nawet zmieniałem 
i nic czystka i ten sam efekt

Reinstalacja systemu nie pomogła wiec co może byc problemem nikt nie wie ?
problemem może być zbyt mała ilość pamięci ram
wbrew pozorom 4 gb ramu dla windowsa 64 bit to mało
jeżeli plik wymiany przeniesiony jest do pamięci ram, to 4 bg jest zdecydowanie za mało
miałem tak właśnie z crysisem2.gra w pewnej chwili nie mogła załadować planszy i wyłąnczała się lub zacinała się.pomogło dołożenie ram.
czasem warto jest wgrać nowy bios dla grafiki…zalecana daleko idąca ostrożność.najlepiej powierzyć komuś kto się zna.
najlepiej jednak w twoim przypadku jest pożyczyć ram i sprawdzić czy płynność się poprawiła.
