Co to za foldery?

Dziś przelatując po folderze WINDOWS zauważyłem masę takich o to plików.

Skąd one są i co to jest? Wiem tylko ze jest w nich (każdym) plik tekstowy spuninst

Są to foldery z kopiami bezpieczeństwa po instalacji aktualizacji systemu Windows.

Jeśli aktualizacje zostały poprawnie zainstalowane i system działa poprawnie to możesz spokojnie usunąć te foldery (piszę o $NtUninstall… )
