Ściągasz narzędzie KillBox, zaznaczasz Delete on Reboot, potem klikasz All Files i wklejasz do pola Full Path of File to Delete ścieżki:

Klikasz X i reset sysa.
W HJT zaznaczasz wpisy i klikasz na dole “Fix checked” :

Otwórz notatnik i wklej w nim to:
Plik -> zapisz jako -> zmień rozszerzenie na wszystkie pliki -> zapisz pod nazwą FIX.REG
Odpal plik FIX.REG i potwierdź dodanie do rejestru i reset kompa
Przeczyść rejestr – użyj do tego jv16 PowerTools 2006 1.5.2.344.

Po dwukrotnym kliknięciu na plik FIX.REG potwierdź dodanie do rejestru i tyle. Potem plik nie jest już do niczego potrzebny więc możesz go spokojnie usunąć.
Czyli uruchamiania się ponownie podczas ładowania systemu.
Jakiś czas temu miałem identyczny problem i wina leżała w nie dociśniętym kabelku do zasilacza dlatego proponuję sprawdzić taką ewentualność.
Panel sterowania => narzędzia administracyjne => podgląd zdarzeń. Pokaż szczegóły tych błędów, które najczęściej występują i są na czerwono.
