Czy jest jakieś distro, które od razu po instalacji obsługuje (3D) grafiki oparte o chipset nVidii ?
Mandriva eXtreme. Tam są już wszystkie bajery wrzucone i działające. Nie wiem jak w Linux Mint - możliwe że też.
A tak w ogóle to co za problem doinstalować z repozytorium pakiet nvidia ?

Nie daje rady zainstalować pod Ubuntu sterowników. Pobrałem z nVidii, przeszedłem do tekstowego, klepie komende, zaczyna instalować i wywala ciągle coś o kernelu :X

sudo apt-get install linux-headers-`uname -r`Czytałem temat poniżej i mam dokładnie taki sam problem. Może to wina 64bit edycji ? Może sprawdzić na 32bitowej ? Dla Dual Core lepiej pobrać i586 czy x86_64 ?

Masz grafikę to znajdź w synaptiku envy i zainstaluj potem w meni narzędzia systemowe uruchom envy, a jak nie to tekstowo .
sudo apt-get install libc-dev i spróbuj jeszcze az ręcznie zainstalować jak Ci się chce.
Dobra zainstalowałem envyng, zainstalowałem sterowniki, zrobiłem restart. Tylko, że w System > Administracja > Hardware Drivers mam teraz:

Czyli co są zainstalowane, ale nie aktywne ?
