HP 1320NW - problem z ustawieniem IP

Witam!

Mam problem z ustawieniem adresu IP w drukarce HP LJ 1320 NW. Trzymałem już przycisk 20 sekund podczas włączania drukarki… resetowałem ustawienia drukarki poprzez WWW i nic nadal jest ten przypisany kiedyś adres IP. Zainstalowałem nawet maszynę wirtualną z XP gdzie uruchomiłem płytę instalacyjną i tam również jest możliwość przypisania IP ale proces kończy się błędem i nie można zakończyć instalacji drukarki. Czy macie może jakieś inne pomysły?

A cold reset also resets all the HP Jet direct settings as well as the printer settings.
To perform a cold reset

  1. Turn the printer off.
  2. Press and hold down the GO button.
  3. Turn the printer on, and continue to hold the GO button for at least 5 seconds, but not
    longer than 15 seconds. During this process, the Attention LED turns on.
  4. Release the GO button.
    NOTE If both the Attention and the Ready LEDs turn on before you release the GO button, you
    must start the procedure again with step 1.
    The printer’s LEDs begin cycling. The cold-reset process runs until completion, and the
    printer returns to the ready state.

Dzięki za odp. ale to co napisałeś działa ale jak tylko wyjmę sieciówkę i znowu ją włożę do portu sieciowego drukarki i wydrukuję konfigurację sieci pokazuje stary adres IP. Już tyle czasu spędziłem przy niej że chyba jest uszkodzona sieciówka albo coś z płytą tej drukarki.

Jeszcze jedna sprawa… ustawiasz adres statyczny, czy z DHCP? Jedyne co mi przychodzi do głowy, że na serwerze DHCP masz ustawioną rezerwację adresu. Drukarka z jakiegoś powodu nie “trzyma” ustawień.

DHCP mam na routerze ale zupełnie z innej puli niż drukarka ma przypisany adres :frowning: niestety nie mogę ustawić innego.
