Posiadam dość stary skaner, HP ScanJet 3200C, podłączony do komputera poprzez port LTP (do skanera podłączona jest drukarka hp, która działa bez problemu). Musiałem coś zeskanować (niestety pod Vistą on nie działa) i pojawił się problem, gdyż XSane drukuje komunikat - brak dostępnych urządzeń.
Na wszelki wypadek zainstalowałem, ewentualnie brakujące pakiety ponownie
Poczytałem trochę na googlach i zainstalowałem HPLIP (HP Linux Imaging and Printing ), co powinno teoretycznie rozwiązać problem. Niestety, to również nie przyniosło skutku. I jestem w kropce, bo nie wiem jak to ugryźć dalej. Na innym forum znalazłem informację, że ktoś go pod Ubuntu używa. Niestety, nie było nic więcej na ten temat prócz tej notki.
