Start => Uruchom => wpisz msconfig, przejdź do zakładki Uruchamianie i odznacz niepotrzebne programy, co do których masz pewność iż nie chcesz aby startowały razem z systemem,to napewno przyspieszy uruchamianie.Co do loga wygląda czysto.
