Komputer bardzo się przycina

Witam!, od pewnego czasu mój komputer zaczął bardzo często łapać zawiasy kilko sekundowe, nigdy takiego problemu wcześniej nie miałem, i nie wiem czym może być to spowodowane, poniżej podam specyfikację komputer, skanowałem komputer Kasperskim nic nie wykrył, czyściłem komputer CClenerem, nic nie daje.

 

Win 8 Pro

i5 650 @ 3.2Ghz

4 GB ramu

dysk 640GB

grafika: ASUS GTX 660TI 2GB

 

Coś co zaobserwowałem to dziwne skoki wykorzystania procesora oraz dysku!
