Usuń powyżej przedstawione wpisy korzystając z HijackThis oraz plik C:\WINDOWS\system32\kdkoc.exe będąc w trybie awaryjnym. Jeśli nie masz już zainstalowanej aplikacji dostępowej neostrady, usuń również wpis:
Użyj narzędzia FixWareOut .
Przeczyść również pamięć podręczną DNS. W tym celu wydaj polecenie ipconfig /flushdns spod Wiersza polecenia.
Po wykonaniu wklej log z ComboFix oraz raport z FixWareOut - zawartość pliku c:\fixwareout\report.txt

Usuń zawartość katalogu C:\WINDOWS\Temp oraz plik C:\tpt-0xFFFFFF.tmp.exe . W przypadku gdyby wystąpiły jakieś trudności podczas próby ich usunięcia, spróbuj usunąć je będąc w trybie awaryjnym.
