Description
This mod adds a nfsu like speedometer
to Vice City. It includes a rpm gauge
and a gear display.
Installation
Just copy both files (d3d8.dll and speedo.cfg)
into your vice city root directory.
Usage
The speedometer appears when you enter
a car.
To change the position and speed multiplier
open up the speedo.cfg and edit the values
as described.
