Witam, trochę pusto w tym dziale i nie wiem czy uzyskam odpowiedź. Mianowicie mam problem z iCloud. Chodzi o to, że błędnie pokazuje ilość wykorzystanego miejsca. Mam darmową opcję - 5 GB, iPhone oraz iPad synchronizują swoje dane z chmurą, a mimo tego nadal pokazuje mi że mam dostępne 5 GB z 5GB. Problem zaczął się kilka dni temu, gdy aplikacja iCloud dla Windows, spieprzyła mi bibliotekę zdjęć. Wówczas wyłączyłem bibliotekę zdjęć i włączyłem ponownie. Do tego usunąłem archiwa iPhona i iPada, i utworzyłem od nowa. Obydwa archiwa zajmują ok 500 MB, ale iCloud nadal mówi, że mam 5GB dostępne z 5. Najlepiej zobrazuje to screen:
To pewnie jakieś chwilowe problemy z iCloud (nie jest to rzadki problem). Przede wszystkim warto sprawdzić czy na stronie iCloud.com też jest ten sam błąd.
Hello mate, yes I still got this problem. I didn’t find any solution for that. It’s a bit weird, coz before playing with iCloud app for Windows, everything was alright. Either phone and website were reporting correct amount of free space. What I did on my PC was, afeter enabling photo library, I deleted some pictures trhrough windows explorer. Didn’t see any changes on iCloud website (normally if u delete anything on one device, change will take effect on any other device assigned to your account). I think, that’s what I’ve done wrong. Instead going to “My Computer” and clicking on extension made by iCloud for windows app - there was an icon in my computer “Photos”, I just navigated to my folder with pictures as normal, and then deleted some of the pics. I uninstalled iCloud for Windows, and all my pictures gone. So I putted them back in trough iCloud.com, disabled “Photos” on my iPhone and iPad, and enabled again. Pictures are there but from now on, it’s not showing the right amount of free space. I restored my iPhone and iPad devices to factory settings, removed them from iCloud - that didn’t work neither. On icloud website I had information, that my account is undergoing some maintenance. Now everything is working, syncing and all that, but the problem persists. Still showing 5GB, even if I’ve used some space for backup, and photos. Strange. I might phone to apple and ask them what’s what.
