Przed uruchomieniem w/w narzędzi usuń wszysktie programy tworzące wirtualne napędy oraz usuń sterownik SPTD programem SPTDInst z opcji Uninstall (jeśli będzie zszarzałe, to OK).

Proponuję zrobić “Przywracanie Systemu” do jakiejś daty, gdy tego problemu nie było.
