Nie mogę połączyć się z internetem

Witam

Mój problem wygląda tak

mam w mieszkaniu router, z ktorego korzysta kilka osób. U wszystkich wszystko działa dobrze.

dzis po przyjeździe dostałem hasło i spróbowałem się połączyć z siecią. ale nic z tego. Co więcej kiedy sprobowalem polaczyc sie telefonem wszystko poszło gładko. Komputer łaczy się z routerem ale nie z internetem. Z góry dziękuję za jakiekolwiek wskazówki

Proponowałbym wyczyścić na komputerze dane konfiguracyjne (IP, Maska, Brama, DNS). Połączenia sieciowe > Właściwości połączenia > Protokół internetowy TCP/IP (Właściwości) i tam staw: “Uzyskaj adres IP automatycznie” oraz “Uzyskaj adres serwera DNS automatycznie”

Niestety było już tak ustawione. Co więcej u znajomych sytuacja wygląda tak samo, komórka się łączy a laptop nie.

Wykasuj we właściwościach połączenia wi-fi wszystkie zapamiętane SSID-y, prawdopodobnie (troszkę zgaduję - Te pozostałe komputery też działały na tym samym routerze ?) masz zapamiętaną nazwę SSID-a (routera wifi, jak Ty to nazywasz) ze starym hasłem.

Napisz Coś więcej nt. sprzętu, bo trudno coś wywnioskować z Twoich postów - kompurwe ??

O jakim łączu mówimy i jaki masz router?

Jaki system jest na laptopie?

Jeżeli na laptopie jest Vista/7 - Start - w okno wyszukiwania wpisz Centrum sieci i udostępniania i uruchom - z lewej strony wybierz Zarządzaj sieciami bezprzewodowymi - usuń profile swojej sieci i spróbuj wyszukać i połączyć się od nowa.

Jeżeli na laptopie jest XP - wejdź do Panel sterowania\Połączenia sieciowe - kliknij prawym przyciskiem myszy na Twoje połączenie bezprzewodowe i poszukaj we właściwościach profilu Twojej sieci, usuń go i spróbuj wyszukać i połączyć się na nowo.

Jak wyżej, nie sądzę żeby problem był ze strony routera, na dwóch zachowuje się tak samo- pokazuje, że połączył się z urządzeniem ale nie idzie dalej. Na laptopie mam viste

spróbowałem usunąć sieć i znaleźć od nowa, nie pomogło

jak podłączam sie do niego po kabelku to też nie ma połaczenia z internetem czyli j.w.

co moge jeszcze napisać żeby jakoś przybliżyć sytuację?

Tak do routera połaczone są inne komputery i działa na nich internet. U znajomych(inny router) rowniez nie mogłem połaczyc się laptopem(objawy tak jak na moim)

Te dwa z firewallem nie działały, było napisane, że nie ma takiej komendy czy jakoś tak. Dorzucam jeszcze linki bo nie wiem czy działa jak powinno.

Nie rób zrzutów ekranu, które są kompletnie nieczytelne, tylko skopiuj i wklej wyniki tych poleceń. Jeśli nie wiesz jak je skopiować, w tym temacie masz to szczegółowo opisane kopiowanie-wynikow-polecen-wiersza-polecen-windows-t499881.html

Korzystasz z VPN? Jak masz taką możliwość, daj zrzuty ekranu z panelu konfiguracyjnego routera, z ustawień WAN, LAN i DHCP oraz statusu.

Warto spróbować Panel Sterowania->Sieć i internet->Opcje internetowe->zakładka “Zaawansowane” i klikasz przycisk “Resetuj”-> OK

Korzystałem wcześniej do łączenia z inna siecią. Teraz już nie. Nie mam możliwości zrobienia zrzutów. Resetowanie nie pomaga

Wiesz jak zaktualizować sterowniki do karty sieciowej?

Albo może sterowniki zostały ostatnio zaktualizowane automatyczne przez system (istnieje taka możliwość, jeżeli masz włączone Windows Update) i rozpoczął się problem. Można skorzystać z Przywracania systemu.

Używanie przywracania systemu zmiana-systemu-preinstalowanego-czysty-windows-t500004.html (tutaj też możesz zerknąć na część “Zaopatrzenie się w sterowniki” w razie problemów ze znalezieniem sterowników).

Prawdopodobnie domyślne MTU w systemie jest zbyt niskie. Jeśli nie korzystasz już z VPN, to usuń te połączenie z konfiguracji sieci lub zwiększ wartość MTU (na początek 1500) poleceniem.
