Nie można zainstalować żadnego pliku exe. pojawia się coś takiego jak niżej na foto , dzieje się przy każdej instalce.Przeskanowałem mindoctorWeb live cd i nodem 32 nic nie pomogło.

Spróbuj go zapisać bezpośrednio na dysku C:\ i stamtąd uruchomić.

sprawdż w trybie awaryjnym czy jest tak samo,jak nie to znaczy ze virusa pewniw masz ,i wtedy zrob full scan malwarebytes antimalware

ja to nie pomoże wlóż płyte do ze systemem do cdromu i wpisz w konsoli sfc/scannow to sprawdzi integralnosc plikow systemowych czy ci jakiś nie brakuje i je przywróci w razie czego
Przeniosłem na C i nic mam tak od wczoraj po instalacji gry nfs shirt robiłem przywracanie systemy i nic wejde w stan awaryjny i zobacze wtedy.

Może to coś jest powiazane z uprawnieniami administratora ale nie mam głowy co z tym zrobić
Spróbuj PPM na Właściwosci “Uruchom jako administrator”. Może prosty sposób jest najlepszy.
