Mam już od około 2 tygodni Internet z Netii, lecz nie spełnia on swoich wyamgań. Transfer przy mojej opcji powinien wynosić 128 kB/s a wynosi 40 kb/s (pobieram z dobrych serwerów -> rapidshare itp.).

Oj coś pomieszałeś:)
Jeżeli zamówiłeś internet 128 kb/s to powinno ściągać około 12KB/s (zwróć uwage na wielkość liter)
Wychodzi na to że masz internet szybszy od tego który powinieneś mieć

Mam netię 1 mb/s powinno pobierać 128 KB/s, a pobiera 40 KB/s.

aaa no to pisz dokładnie
no to powinieneś mieć prędkość około 1000kb/s (zawsze mi sie mylą te wielkości literek )

On za pewne ma 1Mbps a ściąga tylko 40KB/s
