Nie oceniam, bo to jest mało czytelne. Lepiej daj zrzut ekranu z otwartego CrystalDiskInfo.
Jeszcze zmień w funkcje/funkcje zaawansowane/wartość RAW 10 [DEC]



Tu jest maly ekran. Masz w 3 czesciach.

Stan dysku jest OK tyle, że podłączony do gniazda SATA2 na płycie głównej, pracuje 2x wolniej, niż mógłby pracować, gdyby był podłączony do gniazda SATA3. Transfer Mode : SATA/300 | SATA/600
Dobrze byłoby jeszcze zrobić tzw. Benchmark w programie HDTune.

Bo i chipset stary (Intel NM10), więc SATA2 to max jego możliwości.

Spróbuj sam ocenić stan.
Uruchom PowerShell jako administrator. Wpisz:

Get-WmiObject -namespace root\wmi -class MSStorageDriver_FailurePredictStatus

W wyświetlonym tekście znajdż słowo:
PredictFailure Jeśli za nim jest FALSE to oznacza że problemu nie dostrzeżono, jesli TRUE to znajdż pozycję Reason. będzie tam numer/y (ID) błędów. Zapisz je a potem odszukaj tu:

Przeczytaj “jak to się je”.
Zwróc uwage na opisy oznaczone znakiem ostrzegawczym poniewaz im niższa wartość RAW tym lepiej.

Dysk jest dobry i wcale nie pracuje 2x wolniej na SATA2.
