Padł dysk zewnętrzny

Witam. Na samym początku powiem, że przeglądałem już wiele innych wątków i rozwiązania swojego problemu nie odnalazłem. Być może z własnej nieuwagi, bądź nierozwiązalności problemu.

Posiadam dysk zewnętrzny Seagate SRD00F1.
Korzystałem z niego przed około 2 miesiące, gdy nagle odmówił posłuszeństwa. Dysk po podłączeniu bardzo długo się ładuje, dioda zwykle świecąca na nim nie świeci wcale. Komputer dysku z poziomu “moje komputera” zwyczajnie nie widzi. Po wejściu w ‘zarządzanie dyskami’ komputer dysk widzi ALE ma on rozmiar 134217728,00 gb (:smiley:) . System prosi o zainicjowanie dysku, jednak niezależnie od wyboru opcji MBR/GTP po chwili wyskakuje komunikat “nie mozna wykonac zadania z powodu bledu we/wy”.

I tyle.

Dodam, że dysk nie upadł itp. Wydaje dość dziwne dzwięki.
Gwarancja jest, ale chodzi mi o dane które muszę odzyskac.
Program do odzyskiwania danych Recuva dysku nie widzi.
Testowany na różnych laptopach.4
Czytałem, że może trzeba otworzyć dysk i coś tam przesunąc bo się zacięło, ale czy warto ? Przedkładam dane nad gwarancje.
Profesjonalna firma raczej nie wchodzi w gre ze względu na koszta.

Spróbuj może odpalić Linuksa w trybie Live pod biosem a następnie sprawdzić czy wykryje ten ten dysk zewnętrzny później. Może nie uratuje to samego dysku ale w ten sposób za każdym razem udaje mi się skopiować dane z uszkodzonego pendriva na partycje z systemem Windows :slight_smile:

Nigdy nie korzystałen z linuksa. Będzie to dla mnie skomplikowane czy raczej do ogarnięcia dla nowego uzytkownika ?

Prosiłem o SMART dysku zewnętrzneg0, ty podałeś wszystkie. Tylko że CDI nie potrafi odczytać dysku ST2000LM007-1R8174. Obudowa tego dysku zawiera nazwany dysk, oraz adapter SATA > USB i możliwe, iż uszkodzony został adapter.


Czy rozebranie tego dysku spowoduje utratę gwarancji, nie potrafię odpowiedzieć.
Jeśli dane są cenniejsze niż dysk, to po rozebraniu i podłączeniu do portu Sata, można próbować odzysku w domu. Decyzję zawsze podejmuje właściciel.

Niestety po podłączeniu przez inny adapter problem pozostaje nierozwiązany. W takim wypadku rozumiem, że nic juz nie moge zrobic ?

Nie podłączasz przez adapter, a bezpośrednio do portu SATA komputera stacjonarnego.
Ważna jest możliwość odczytania SMART dysku. System plików mógł zostać uszkodzony i jego naprawa(odzysk) jest inną sprawą.
