Mam taki problem zaktualizowałem sobie kubuntu 14.04 i teraz po ponownym uruchomieniu komputera nie ma polskiego KDE wchodzę w ustawienia KDE i Country / Region & language wybieram polski język instaluje się tylko do 50% po czym znika z listy.
Doinstaluj paczkę “kde-l10n-pl” lub podobną, bo nie wiem jak są podpisane paczki w ubuntu. Ogólnie paczki “*l10n-pl” to polskie lokalizacje dla różnych programów.
To pomogło w jakimś stopniu, ale teraz piszę, że muszę zainstalować jakieś pliki konfiguracyjne wyświetla się taki komunikat

Ja tak miałem kiedyś z niepełnym spolszczeniem Firefoxa nawet po zainstalowaniu paczki z językiem, wywaliłem .Mozilla z /home/mójlogin i poszło.

Masz 3 nieoficjalne repozytoria z KDE. W tym jakieś testowe i niestabilne.
Razem ze standardowym masz 4 różne wersje pakietów KDE w swoich repozytoriach.

Miałem podobny problem. Okazało się, że przyczyną były bezsensowne wpisy w pliku ~/.kde/env/setlocale.sh:

Co wy macie z tymi aktualizacjami? Całkiem niedawno stawiałem Kubuntu 14.04 i żadnych problemów nie było. Aktualizujecie przez konsolę? Bo jak robicie jakimś menagerem aktualizacji to co się dziwicie? Do aktualizacji *buntu lub Debiana powinno się używać konsoli, najlepiej polecenia: sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude full-upgrade (w Debianie bez sudo, z roota) bo według mnie (i nie tylko mnie) jest najdoskonalsze. Aptitude zawsze, w razie jakiś konfliktów podpowie wam co macie zrobić a co wam podpowie automatyczny manager? Wyłączajcie takie rzeczy od razu po instalacji bo takie managery to są tylko dla największych lamerów i więcej złego robią niż dobrego. Problem wpisać/wkleić jedno polecenie do konsoli?
Już łatwiej być nie może. Ahh te przyzwyczajenia z Windows ;d
Zrestartowałem KDE i nadal to samo.
Spróbuj wejść ponownie w ustawienia języka i wybrać język polski. Na Debiano/Ubuntu podobnych skrypty instalacyjne mogą prosić o interakcję. Raczej w przypadku pakietów językowyxch nie powinno to tak wyglądąć, ale nie wykluczone.
Kiedyś podczas instalacji w Ubuntu można było wyświetlić podgląd procesu instalacji, klikając w pewnym miejscu.
No jak ma działać, skoro system nie chce się aktualizaować - rozwiązanie szybkie:

Dodawanie klucza publicznego:

Dodawanie repozytorium dodało się natomiast jak próbuje dodać klucz poleceniem
gpg --keyserver subkeys.pgp.net --recv-keys 54422A4B98AB5139
To wyskakuje taki komunikat.
