Mam problem,np.
Ostatnio ściągnąłem archiwum (.rar) z muzyką, archiwum wyglądało: /folder/i tu piosenki
Rozpakowałem Menadżerem Archiwum i folder był a w nim pusto,kiedy chciałem piosenki oddzielnie rozpakować to pisało że poprawnie ukończono rozpakowywanie i kliknąłem pokaż pliki i oczywiście pusto
To tak się dzieje nie tylko z piosenkami ale też innymi plikami.

Sprawdź czy masz zainstalowany pakiet unrarlinux , nie piszesz też nic o błędach, czy występują jakiekolwiek. Może archiwum jest uszkodzone?
A po kiego grzyba ściągać Winrara, skoro są natywne programy na linuksa, w tym np. Ark (graficzna nakładka na poszczególne programy konsolowe)? Najprawdopodobniej archiwum rar jest uszkodzone; jeszcze nie spotkałem się z tym, żebym na linuksie nie dał rady rozpakować jakiegoś archiwum. Słyszałeś o kompresji *.lzma?
Błędów żadnych nie ma a archiwum nie uszkodzone bo sprawdzane na innym kompie z xp i win rarem

I możesz próbować instalacji pakietu rar:
